Splash your face with water once as you say each indented line.  If no water is available, turn your face to the Sun, and change "the nine living waves" to "the nine rays of the Sun".

I bathe my face

In the nine living waves,
As Danu bathed Her children
In the rich mare's milk.

Each day on it's own,
Each hour to it's fullest,
Each moment in its turn.

Each day and every day,
Each night and every night,
By the Sacred Three,

So be it.
